Qualifications & Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required, but strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
- Proven skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy for a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Familiarity with IEP processes and case management responsibilities
- Passion for working with children in a collaborative, multicultural educational environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for parent, staff, and student engagement
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across K-12, with an emphasis on early intervention for younger children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and manage IEP documentation and meetings
- Collaborate with educators and parents to foster student growth and success
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain detailed progress records to support student outcomes
