Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required for Ohio
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

• Ability to develop and modify individualized treatment plans
• Reliable organization and documentation abilities
• Enthusiasm for fostering inclusive educational environments
• Willingness to travel within the Toledo area as needed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver effective interventions addressing students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Collaborate with teachers and participation in team meetings to support student progress
• Provide supervision for COTAs (OTs only)
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in line with district and legal guidelines
