Job Description

This is a contract opportunity with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:45am to 3:15pm, providing structure and work/life balance while making a difference every day.

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification or eligibility
- Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum, especially K-2 age group
- Ability to implement IEPs and track student progress
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Creative, patient, and adaptable to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, individualized instruction for students with ASD
- Work collaboratively with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families
- Monitor and document student growth, behavior, and progress toward IEP goals
- Foster a nurturing and positive classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
