Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Michigan (MI) Educator Certification as a School Psychologist (active status required; no pending credentials)
- Previous experience working in K-12 settings, ideally with a focus on evaluations and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong expertise in administering and interpreting educational and psychological assessments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and administrators
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Interpret assessment data and prepare detailed reports to guide IEP and 504 planning
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and well-being
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and crisis intervention as needed
- Ensure all practices comply with state and federal guidelines
