Position Overview

We are seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a collaborative educational team serving students across multiple school settings. These opportunities offer flexibility with full-time and part-time schedules and are open to qualified hybrid candidates.

Multiple openings are available supporting elementary and middle school student populations with varying caseload sizes.

Available PositionsFull-Time Middle School SLP

  • Caseload of approximately 45-50 students
  • Services provided across 2 school locations

Full-Time Elementary SLP

  • Caseload of approximately 50-55 students
  • Services provided across 2 school locations

Part-Time Elementary SLP

  • Caseload of approximately 20 students

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Participate in meetings, consultations, and program planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with state and professional guidelines.

QualificationsRequired

  • Active Kansas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage caseloads across multiple educational settings.

Preferred

  • Previous school-based experience.
  • Experience serving elementary and/or middle school students.
  • Familiarity with hybrid service delivery models.
  • Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
