What you'll bring:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP - CCC certification
  • Valid state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience working with early childhood or elementary-age children preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative, classroom-based services
  • Ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions for young learners

What you'll do:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy primarily through push-in services within PreK and Kindergarten settings, promoting communication and social interaction skills in a natural classroom context
  • Conduct screenings, comprehensive assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring to inform tailored intervention plans
  • Partner with teachers, specialists, and families to support student goals and provide strategies for language development
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
  • Advocate for students’ needs and participate in IEP meetings as required
