Job Description
Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), serving K-12 students across multiple school sites near Manteca, CA. This dynamic role invites you to partner with educators, families, and a supportive community to champion student communication and language success for the entire academic year.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active CCC-SLP certification required
- Current California SLP licensure or eligibility
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong assessment, therapy, and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and organization abilities
- Ability to collaborate across professional teams and adapt to various caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to K-12 students with speech and language needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage caseloads across 1-4 schools (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM schedule)
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress tracking
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school activities
- Deliver services aligned with district policies and best clinical practices
