Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) licensure in Texas
• Minimum of one year of hands-on school-based SLP experience
• Strong background working in elementary or early childhood educational settings
• Experience with self-contained classrooms highly desirable
• No SLPA or CFY applicants at this time
• Up-to-date licensure with ability to provide license number and proof

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to elementary-aged students, supporting speech, language, social communication, and cognitive communication needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized therapy plans
• Document student progress, maintaining clear and timely records
• Adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of early childhood learners
• Provide support within self-contained settings as required
