A growing home services organization is seeking an Office Administrator / Sales Support Professional to join its team. What You'll Do

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers
  • Qualify and assign incoming service and sales leads
  • Perform follow-up and quality assurance calls
  • Coordinate schedules and maintain customer records
  • Support the sales team with lead tracking and customer communication
  • Assist with proposals, reporting, and general office administration
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, inside sales, or a similar office-based role.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning and using company systems for data entry and tracking.
• Ability to balance multiple assignments, manage changing priorities, and remain effective in a busy work environment.
• Background in lead generation, lead development, order entry, or post-sales support is preferred.
• Interest in growing into a broader sales career over time while contributing to office and customer support functions.
