Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience performing psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention planning within a K-12 setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and report-writing skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education eligibility evaluations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ cognitive, academic, and behavioral functioning
• Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment data and team input
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students and staff
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies promoting well-being and academic success
• Support positive behavioral interventions and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications
• Complete thorough documentation and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
