School Speech Language Pathologist - Elk River, Minnesota

Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working with a close-knit team serving PreK through 6th grade students in a small school district near Elk River, MN. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior school-based SLP experience or strong pediatric clinical background
• Comfortable working with PreK to 6th grade populations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and provide support both directly and through consultation with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, supportive school culture and participate in team meetings as needed
