Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (required)
- Experience working with students on the Autism Spectrum, particularly K-2
- Strong classroom management and behavioral intervention skills
- Ability to modify curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual needs
- Collaborative spirit and reliability in team settings
- Commitment to nurturing a positive, inclusive classroom culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction tailored to K-2 students with ASD, fostering social, emotional, and academic growth
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

- Utilize evidence-based practices and behavior management techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and compliance records
