Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), assessments, and documentation
• Ability to develop and implement therapeutic interventions for students from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Compassion, flexibility, and a genuine passion for student progress

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ therapeutic needs within the school setting
• Develop and monitor IEP goals related to occupational therapy
• Provide direct and consultative services to students individually or in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and school staff to promote student success
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate progress with parents and staff
