Speech Language Pathologist- Hybrid 2026/2027 School Year

Location: Youngstown, OH

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. We welcome both experienced clinicians with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and motivated Clinical Fellows (CFs) looking for a supportive environment to begin their careers.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 4 days onsite/in-person
• 1 day work from home (WFH)

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
• CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
