We are looking for a licensed (Active Insurance License) Inside Sales Specialist to support insurance-related sales activities from our location. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong customer engagement skills with a disciplined approach to documentation, compliance, and performance goals. The position focuses on handling inbound and outbound outreach, guiding prospective Medicare members through plan options, and delivering a detail-focused experience in a contact center environment.


Mostly remote but must be available to go in as needed for meetings.


Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls to explain health insurance and Medicare-related plan options.

• Maintain accurate records of conversations, enrollment activity, and follow-up actions within designated systems and documentation tools.

• Support sales objectives by identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and helping move opportunities through the sales process.

• Ensure all interactions align with licensing standards, compliance requirements, and internal quality expectations.

• Contribute to reporting efforts by tracking activity levels, results, and key performance metrics for leadership review.

• Collaborate with team members, trainers, and support staff to strengthen service quality and improve sales effectiveness.

• Assist customers with questions related to coverage, benefits, and enrollment processes while providing clear written and verbal communication.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product updates, regulatory guidelines, and contact center procedures.

• Active license required to support insurance sales responsibilities.
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a contact center environment involving inbound and outbound calls.
• Working knowledge of health insurance, health plans, or Medicare-related products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to manage documentation accurately and use internet-based systems or CMS platforms effectively.
• Comfortable working in an onsite setting and meeting performance goals tied to sales and service metrics.
• Understanding of compliance-driven processes and the importance of following regulated sales practices.
