School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Cypress, Texas

Make a real difference in the lives of students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) providing full-time services through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic educational environment, supporting elementary or secondary students across multiple campuses in the Houston area. You’ll collaborate with school teams and families to help students reach their communication milestones and achieve academic success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
• Prior experience working in school settings is essential
• Exposure to self-contained classrooms and early childhood centers strongly preferred
• Adaptability to serve students across multiple locations
• No SLPA or Clinical Fellows (CFs); must be SLP-CCC
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language pathology services in person at assigned campus locations
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Document student progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
• Provide consultation and ongoing support to teachers and caregivers
• Engage in campus-based meetings and professional development as required
