Choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle: work a standard 33.75-hour week, or opt for part-time across 3-4 days per week. This position runs Monday through Friday from 7:25 am to 2:40 pm, providing the benefit of steady daytime hours.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Maryland School Psychologist Certification (required)
  • Experience working with adolescent students in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct assessments, interpret results, and contribute to IEP and student support planning
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering positive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments to evaluate student needs
  • Provide individual and group counseling to support mental health and emotional growth
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and guide data-driven recommendations for student success
  • Consult with staff on best practices for enhancing inclusive and supportive school climates
