Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist required
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentials required
- Recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based respiratory care to patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions
- Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures including ventilator management, nebulizer treatments, and airway clearance techniques
- Monitor patient response and make care adjustments as needed
- Accurately document interventions and observations in accordance with hospital standards
- Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and home care practices
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
