Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong pediatric or healthcare backgrounds will be considered
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Teletherapy experience welcome, but on-site presence may be required
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to a pediatric caseload
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer support for students both in individual and small group sessions
- Use evidence-based practices to facilitate student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student planning
