Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong pediatric or healthcare backgrounds will be considered
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
• Teletherapy experience welcome, but on-site presence may be required
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to a pediatric caseload
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Offer support for students both in individual and small group sessions
• Use evidence-based practices to facilitate student success
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student planning
