Exciting opportunities await for two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists seeking full-time, contract-to-hire roles starting in late November. Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Previous experience in schools strongly preferred
- Expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to culturally responsive practices and supporting diverse student populations
Role Details and Responsibilities:
- Full-time hours, with one SLP splitting time between Hyde Middle School and Stevens Creek Elementary, and the other between Cupertino Middle School and Stocklmeir Elementary
- Serve a varied caseload of elementary and middle school students with a range of communication needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver group and individual therapy, documenting progress and engaging with teachers and families
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support academic and social growth
- Support schools in fostering positive, inclusive educational environments
