Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Previous experience in schools strongly preferred
• Expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to culturally responsive practices and supporting diverse student populations

Role Details and Responsibilities:

• Full-time hours, with one SLP splitting time between Hyde Middle School and Stevens Creek Elementary, and the other between Cupertino Middle School and Stocklmeir Elementary
• Serve a varied caseload of elementary and middle school students with a range of communication needs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver group and individual therapy, documenting progress and engaging with teachers and families
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support academic and social growth
• Support schools in fostering positive, inclusive educational environments
