Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (Ohio preferred)
  • School-based SLP experience, ideally across Pre-K to high school
  • Comfort supporting students with a range of disabilities and needs
  • Strong assessment, reporting, and therapy (individual and group) skills
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech/language therapy services to assigned students (Pre-K–Kindergarten and Grades 9–12)
  • Assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Track progress and maintain thorough documentation
  • Communicate and work with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and goal-setting
