Special Education Teacher (Mild/Moderate) – Dixon, CA

Position Details:
- Discipline: Special Education (Mild/Moderate)
- Dates: ASAP – June 3, 2027
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Caseload: Special Day Class (SDC) Special Education; additional caseload details are currently being finalized
Special Education Teacher Job Description:
- Provide specialized instruction to students with mild to moderate disabilities in an SDC setting
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Create differentiated lessons and instructional strategies based on individual student needs
- Support students through accommodations, modifications, and individualized interventions
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education requirements
Pay & Benefits:
- Highly competitive compensation: $40–55/hour

Requirements:
- Active California Mild/Moderate Special Education Credential (required)
