Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP.
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred.
- Ability to supervise SLPAs, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth.
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities for IEP management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
