Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Special Education Teaching Certification required

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and behavioral support for students in an ABA/Autism-based program
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with the school team and families
• Collect and track progress data for continuous student growth
• Work collaboratively with paraprofessionals, specialists, and parents
• Ensure a positive, structured classroom environment that supports all learners
