Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials recognized in New Jersey
• Prior experience providing PT services in schools is strongly preferred
• Strong consultation skills and ability to assess student needs efficiently
• Knowledge of IEP processes and familiarity with school documentation requirements
• Excellent communication for working with staff, students, and families
• Able to commit to regular, once-a-month visits during the academic year

Core Responsibilities:

• Travel to a Margate-area school on a scheduled monthly basis for consultative services
• Conduct evaluations and provide expert input on student mobility and accessibility needs
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and caregivers to support student physical development
• Complete documentation and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
• Share recommendations and resources for adaptations and accommodations in the school setting
• Maintain compliance with state and district PT service guidelines
