Special Education Teacher in Concord, NH

Based near Concord, NH, this full-time role spans August through June and involves working between two supportive elementary school environments, providing essential instruction and case management to a caseload of approximately 15 students in grades 2 and 5.

As a vital resource for children with diverse learning needs, your passion and expertise will help create inclusive, effective educational experiences. You’ll enjoy a balanced Monday–Friday schedule, working 32 to 37.5 hours weekly and collaborating with compassionate, like-minded professionals.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education (or eligible for certification)
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, especially in grade 2 and/or grade 5
• Strong classroom management and differentiated instruction skills
• Proficiency in IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized instruction and support to students with varied learning profiles
