Job Description

What You’ll Bring:
- CTC Certification with a Mild/Moderate Specialist Credential (required)
- Demonstrated experience working with students who exhibit behavioral challenges
- Background supporting elementary-aged students in special education settings
- Strong communication, crisis intervention, and collaborative problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, professional, and committed to fostering inclusive, effective learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted, individualized instruction and behavioral support to students on a mild/moderate caseload
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Use evidence-based interventions and data-driven strategies to encourage growth and achievement
- Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements
