Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Active state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Passion for working with diverse learners in K-12 settings
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and update individualized therapy plans and IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Provide direct therapy services both individually and in groups
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance and progress tracking
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
