In this dynamic role, you’ll:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students exhibiting speech and language challenges
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on fostering speech, language, and social communication skills
  • Track and thoroughly document student progress, maintaining meticulous records
  • Partner closely with multidisciplinary teams—including educators, specialists, and administrators—to develop collaborative care strategies
  • Support and involve families throughout the therapy process to enhance carryover and outcomes

Successful candidates bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The capacity to work both autonomously and as an effective team member
