- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students exhibiting speech and language challenges
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on fostering speech, language, and social communication skills
- Track and thoroughly document student progress, maintaining meticulous records
- Partner closely with multidisciplinary teams—including educators, specialists, and administrators—to develop collaborative care strategies
- Support and involve families throughout the therapy process to enhance carryover and outcomes
Successful candidates bring:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The capacity to work both autonomously and as an effective team member
