Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Special Education (SPED) teaching license
• Experience working with K-8 students with varied learning needs
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to support a diverse caseload

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction in accordance with IEP goals, both in small group and individual settings
• Assess student needs, develop educational plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and compliance documentation
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports social, emotional, and academic growth
