Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pharmacy opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to provide support at a specialty pharmacy location in Milaca, MN. This per diem position offers a blend of retail and long-term care pharmacy responsibilities from August 26 through September 1.
Location:
- Milaca, MN
Schedule:
- 8/26: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 8/27: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 8/28: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 9/1: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Manage both retail and long-term care pharmacy operations
- Dispense medications accurately and safely
- Provide patient counseling and medication therapy management
- Support immunization services and other pharmacy initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Pharmacist licensure and credentials required (PharmD preferred)
- Immunization Certification required
- CPR Certification preferred
- Experience or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of retail and long-term care pharmacy practices
