Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure or eligibility in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or CFY considered
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed records for compliance
- Offer guidance and resources for teachers and caregivers to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based support sessions
