In this role, you’ll make a significant impact by delivering essential physical therapy services to a caseload of 12-15 elementary-aged students each week. With a manageable part-time schedule of 20 hours, you’ll have the flexibility to focus on individualized therapeutic interventions while collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to achieve positive student outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active and valid Physical Therapist license (TX required)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting working with pediatric populations
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, especially in multidisciplinary environments
• Commitment to supporting student mobility, development, and participation in school activities
• Organizational skills for effective documentation and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and provide physical therapy services tailored to students’ educational needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and progress
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
