Key Qualifications:
- Valid California CTC Certification in Mild/Moderate Special Education (required)
- Demonstrated experience working with elementary students with behavioral challenges
- Strong classroom management and behavioral intervention skills
- Ability to craft and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and interventions to address academic and behavioral goals
- Develop supportive learning environments for students with mild/moderate needs
- Collaborate with general educators, paraprofessionals, and families to support student progress
- Collect and analyze data to monitor and report on individual student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to continuous program improvement
