Qualifications:

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
• Experience providing PT services to pediatric or school-aged individuals, especially those with significant needs, is strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with educational teams and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to one high-needs student, in accordance with their IEP and therapy goals
• Complete thorough, accurate documentation and progress reports
• Assess, plan, and implement individual therapy interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and contribute professional insight to enhance student outcomes

Position Details:

• Contract runs through May 21, 2027, with opportunities to build meaningful long-term rapport
• Location: Dime Box, TX (near Burton)
• Weekly hours: 30 minutes, one day per week
• Caseload: One student with high needs
