Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
- Experience supporting K-8 students in resource, inclusion, or self-contained environments
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring

- Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Flexible, team-oriented approach
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Modify curriculum and instructional strategies for students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Provide direct instruction in small groups or one-on-one
- Track student progress, collect data, and participate in annual IEP meetings
- Foster a positive, encouraging classroom environment
