Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Previous experience in a school-based setting, particularly with early elementary grades, is highly valued
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for fostering positive relationships with young learners, teachers, and parents
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, design personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to K-3rd grade students on-site
- Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support each child’s academic and social development
- Maintain timely, compliance-based documentation and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP meetings as needed
- Provide education and guidance to families about their child’s communication needs
