The role also partners with employees on onboarding documentation, compliance records, and routine HR support needs.

What you get to do every single day:

• Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts by identifying talent, reviewing applicants, coordinating interviews, and keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process.

• Present position details clearly, including job expectations, hiring timelines, and pay information, so candidates understand each step before moving forward.

• Prepare and review onboarding documentation to ensure records are complete, timely, and aligned with applicable employment requirements.

• Perform reference verification and confirm that onboarding forms and supporting documents are accurate before start dates are finalized.

• Track and maintain compliance-related materials such as work authorization forms, background screening results, licenses, certifications, and related recruiting records.

• Organize onboarding activities, schedule orientation sessions, and coordinate initial assignments to help new employees begin successfully.

• Respond to employee requests involving HR and payroll systems, including account access issues, direct deposit updates, and employment verification support.

• Investigate and help resolve payroll questions and other service-related concerns raised by employees.

• Contribute to hiring events, career fairs, and additional talent acquisition projects as business needs require.

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.

• Background in high-volume or corporate recruiting environments with the ability to balance multiple openings at once.

• Familiarity with onboarding practices, employment documentation, and compliance standards related to hiring records.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain opportunities, processes, and compensation details clearly to candidates.
