Qualifications:

  • Current, active California SLPA license (required)
  • Minimum of three months’ experience as a school-based SLPA
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, though not mandatory
  • Able to build rapport and communicate effectively with students and staff
  • Willingness to collaborate with a remote SLP supervisor via Voco

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students (TK–5th grade)
  • Implement individual and group interventions under SLP direction
  • Track progress and maintain thorough documentation
  • Foster positive, supportive relationships with students and colleagues
  • Collaborate routinely with a supervising SLP for guidance and feedback
