Key Qualifications:
- Current Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility) for New Hampshire
- Experience or training working with elementary grade students, ideally in a resource or case management role
- Strong understanding of differentiated instruction, IEP implementation, and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and positive approach to working across multiple school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group instruction for students with diverse learning needs in 2nd and 5th grades
- Case manage approximately 15 students, ensuring timely IEP meetings, compliance, and thorough documentation
- Coordinate with classroom teachers to support inclusion and differentiation
- Engage in regular communication with families and guardians regarding student progress and goals
- Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing data to support student growth
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
