Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CTC credential
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience or certification in SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and/or school-based SLP roles preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
• Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for supporting student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite across multiple age groups and academic levels
• Conduct screenings, formal evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design effective intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports in alignment with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to school-based teams
• Adjust interventions as necessary to accommodate evolving caseload requirements
