Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with authorization to practice in Oregon
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP procedures, special education requirements, and collaborating with school staff
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Passion for working within a multidisciplinary team to help students reach their academic and functional goals

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized physical therapy treatment plans for students across grades K-12
  • Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and student needs
  • Conduct evaluations, generate reports, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Educate and collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to ensure continuity of care and integrate therapy within the classroom
  • Manage travel between schools or classrooms as necessary, utilizing your flexibility and organizational abilities
