Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Wisconsin Special Education (SPED) Licensure (required)
• Experience with high school students, preferably grades 9–12
• Capability to manage a cross-categorical caseload of 10–12 students
• Comfortable adapting instruction to a variety of disabilities and learning styles
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to high school students (grades 9–12)
• Provide individualized and small-group interventions for a cross-categorical caseload
• Develop, implement, and document Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
