Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Wisconsin Special Education (SPED) Licensure (required)
- Experience with high school students, preferably grades 9–12
- Capability to manage a cross-categorical caseload of 10–12 students
- Comfortable adapting instruction to a variety of disabilities and learning styles
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to high school students (grades 9–12)
- Provide individualized and small-group interventions for a cross-categorical caseload
- Develop, implement, and document Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
