Accounting Specialist

The assignment is a minimum of 4 weeks, with strong potential to convert to full-time for the right candidate, as we have a team member retiring this spring.

Key responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (primary focus):
- Process AP invoices using DocRecord
- Ensure proper three-way match (PO, receipt, invoice)
- Validate vendor statements

Accounts Receivable (as time permits):
- Assist AR team with sending customer statements and invoice copies
- Post cash receipts
