Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado Special Education license required
- Experience working with K-8 students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse abilities in both group and one-on-one settings
- Work closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Conduct progress monitoring and adjust strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress
