Schedule & Contract Details
•Role Type: Long-Term Substitute
•Dates: September 14, 2026 – June 11, 2027
•Days: Every Monday – Friday (Follows school calendar)
•Hours: 5.5 hours per day (10:45 AM – 4:15 PM)
•Compensation: $40.00/hr

Primary Duties
•Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a high school student attending Depew High School.
•Deliver continuous monitoring and specialized care for the student’s diabetes management plan.
•Ride the school bus with the student to and from their work-based program.
•Supervise and ensure medical safety for the student throughout the program day.

Requirements
•Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License.
•Proven reliability, compassion, and experience with pediatric/adolescent diabetes care.
•Ability to pass standard NY school district clearances and background checks.
