Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS or equivalent)
  • ARRT certification in Radiography a plus
  • Previous hands-on experience in a hospital-based cath lab setting
  • Proficiency with imaging equipment and cardiac monitoring systems
  • Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and radiation safety
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure, fast-paced clinical environments

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the cath lab suite, ensuring readiness and compliance with safety protocols
  • Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including angioplasties, stent placements, and pacemaker insertions
  • Operate and troubleshoot sophisticated cath lab imaging equipment
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and document procedure details accurately
  • Manage and inventory cath lab supplies, ensuring efficient workflow
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure care and education to patients
  • Adhere strictly to infection prevention and radiation safety standards

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
