- Familiarity with push-in/pull-out service delivery
- Ability to collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
- Excellent organization, communication, and IEP documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted instruction and support to students within general education and resource settings
- Develop, implement, and manage IEPs in coordination with the student support team
- Employ evidence-based strategies to meet academic and behavioral goals
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and support inclusion
- Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to families and team members
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school events
