Residential/Commercial Cleaner

Greiner Clean and Clear LLC is seeking dependable residential and commercial cleaners to join our dedicated team serving Lockport, East Amherst, Clarence, and surrounding communities. In this role, you will maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of residential and commercial properties, including medical offices, ensuring a comfortable environment for our clients. This position requires reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team with flexible daytime hours Monday through Friday.

Hiring for both full-time and part-time positions

Responsibilities

• Dust furniture, fixtures, blinds, and surfaces
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, stairs, and upholstery
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Follow client-specific cleaning instructions and inspect details
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding services
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety issues

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and cleaning techniques
• Effective time management and customer service skills
• Physical stamina to perform bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Dependability with excellent attendance and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of cleaning experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
