Staffmark is Now Hiring Manufacturing Process Technician

Pay Rate: $26.00 – $28.60 per hour

Schedules Available:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift | 3 PM - 11:30 PM

Ready to put your hands-on process expertise to work where it actually moves the needle? We're looking for a Manufacturing Process Technician to drive efficiency, quality, and smooth production on our assembly line.

What You'll Do (Job Duties)

  • Develop, maintain, and improve assembly processes; review specs periodically for accuracy
  • Partner with Quality Engineers on process improvement, monitoring, root cause, and corrective actions
  • Drive production schedules and process issues to resolution
  • Support engineering and development labs on new product introduction
  • Create production-ready documentation (MPIs) including equipment setup and programs
  • Lead the team on process and efficiency improvements
  • Handle first-call response on non-maintenance downtime issues
  • Monitor equipment performance; make minor adjustments (setups, calibrations, alignments)
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with repairs under supervision
  • Support operators with questions and demonstrations; spot-check product quality
  • Assist with ISO and safety compliance

What You Bring (Experience)

  • Hands-on experience with assembly requirements and processes
  • Comfort working across engineering, quality, and production teams
  • Familiarity with equipment calibration and basic troubleshooting
